Sales Policy

PAYMENT
A 50% non refundable deposit is required to hold any rabbit. Read more about deposits under Pricing.
All payments need to be made via cash, PayPal(friends & family), Venmo, or CashApp; we do not accept checks of any type.

ILLNESS
We do not knowingly sell sick rabbits. All animals sold are known to be free from any illnesses at time of pickup. Once the animal leaves our care we are no longer in control of what the animal is exposed to, and in turn we are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or deaths once the animal leaves our care. We are always concerned with the well-being of our animals even after they leave us so if you ever have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us and we will help you in any way we can.

WEANING
All rabbits are weaned at 6 weeks and go home no sooner than 7 weeks, should we feel like a particular bunny needs some extra time they will stay until we feel they are ready to leave. We will not allow any animal that is showing signs of illness or injury to leave our care.

PICKUP
We set a day that rabbits can leave. We always message people on that day asking to set a time and day for pickup (within 5 days). You have 48 hours from the day we message you to message us back to set up a time and place to meet. If no response is received within 48 hours, the rabbit(s) will go back up for sale. No refund given.
Please bring your own carrier or box for your rabbit to be in while in a car. Sometimes we will have boxes on hand, but not always. Do not expect us to bring a box for you unless we say otherwise.
We do NOT deliver. Pickup will be in Pontotoc, Tupelo (certain weekends), or First Monday in Ripley (certain weekends).
We do not transport. You are welcome to use your own transporter and we will meet them within a reasonable distance (up to 20 miles, a fee will be added for longer distances). You are responsible for transport fee and finding transport.
Upon picking up, please make sure to inspect the rabbit yourself. That moment is a great time for any questions you may have. Please know that if the rabbit is not what you are looking for you are not required to make the purchase. A refund will not be given in this situation, though it can be transferred to another rabbit.
At pickup, all rabbits come with a ziplock of transition food.

SEXING
We are not able to s*x rabbits until around 4-6 weeks old. We can be wrong, so please to make sure to also check s*x of your rabbit at pickup.
‼️Gender is not guaranteed prior to 16 weeks of age. No refund will be given for misidentified gender‼️

PRICING
Our rabbits are sold on a first come, first serve basis. Prices are nonnegotiable.
Rabbits are different prices depending on multiple factors.
A minimum 50% deposit is required to hold your rabbit. If something happens to it while still in our care, you can transfer that deposit to a different rabbit or be refunded. If you decide to not follow through with the purchase, your deposit will not be refunded.
Deposits cannot be made until the rabbit is 6 weeks old. We will post rabbits here with gender, color, DOB, and the date he/she can leave.
Deposits will be accepted via PayPal (friends and family ONLY), Venmo, cashapp. NO CHECKS. If you’re local, we will meet you if all you have is cash for a deposit. The remaining balance will be paid at pickup. We will accept cash at pickup.
Remaining balance should be paid before pickup, unless it is cash.
Rabbits sold as “proven” have successfully produced offspring. Sale prices will reflect this. Rabbit sold as “not proven” have never successfully produced offspring.

INTAKE
If you get a rabbit from us and can no longer care for it, we will gladly take it back at no cost. Please do not set them “free”.
