This is why we love poodles. Their intelligence, eagerness to learn, and ability to connect make them incredible companions, service and therapy dogs, and truly an all around amazing breed.

We’re so proud of Felix and so grateful he has Max guiding him from day one. We can’t wait to see what he does next.

Starting early makes all the difference ✂️🐾

This is one of our 5 week old small standard poodle puppies getting a gentle introduction to clippers around the eyes, ears, and sanitary area.

Even though most of our families prefer a fuller face, we still prioritize early desensitization so grooming never feels new or overwhelming later on.

Everything is kept calm and positive, and you can see it in how relaxed they are.

This is how we build confident, adjusted, easygoing puppies from the start 🤍

We’ve been working on self-control with our five-week-old standard poodle puppies, and this morning gave us a good little real-life test when I had to leave for work.

It’s always harder for them to maintain control in a group, because once one starts jumping, they all want to join in. But this bunch is doing such an amazing job.

They’re still babies, so of course they’re learning, but it’s so fun to watch their little minds working and see the progress they’re already making. ❤️ 🐶

Our 5 week standard poodle puppies got a new toy today. We think it was a hit. This was their first time experiencing such a large overhead object. Everyone seemed curious and well adjusted with the introduction.

This week we are working on increasing sound and expanding their environment exposure. We will be setting up an obstacle course tomorrow and soon they will be going outside. 🐶 ☀️
