Katy's Kittys Rescue Group is working in the greater Atlanta area to spread the word and work of trapping, neutering/spaying, re-releasing Strays (Ferals and Friendly Ferals) and sharing local and country wide Shelter Animals that need rescuing, fostering and adopting. Thank you to all of you that donated to aid in this effort. We have successfully saved and placed 22 Kittens between April and May

of 2013 and have TNR 17 Ferals since April 2013. We continue to hope to raise money to care for the Stray Babies treatments, surgeries, food and also to aid others in adopting and/or fostering other shelter animals thri donations and auctions. Hello everyone

I just wanted to let everyone know that Katy's Kitty's Rescue Group is still up and running and has been since the beginning; however while I have continued to rescue and continue to care for sick and injured Cats and Kittens with Special Needs, my husband passed away unexpectedly at 53, 6 years ago almost 7 so I haven't really posted much. It is my intent to catch everybody up and post pictures of Those that I have rescued since moving and Those that are still with me that were here that my husband helped me care for.

I appreciate everybody still checking back on the site and I apologize I've just been so overwhelmed caring for Them that I haven't really had time to post on here and raise funds like I normally do. I will be working on that in the next month. Please don't give up on Us We, the Kittys and me, really appreciate all your love and support thank you so much, love Katy and the Kittys

After having an allergic break in 3 or 4 moths ago I was getting very nervous becoz the last couple hours there been some major crashes that have been making me nervous. The worst part is that Lily, my Belgian Malinois, it's not making any noise at all and it's making me very nervous. So I called 911 since I didn't call them last time and hopefully it's nothing but just in case I want to be sure. Do you think I was extreme calling or do you think I did the right thing¿…Thanks everyone

Please continue to vote for me until is October 24 ,8pm for first round cutoff I have always wanted to be able to care for those people who cannot afford to save their Animals and pay their own vet bills and allow for them to get their treatments please continue to share and vote. I have fallen back to 10th from 8th

I always wanted to have a very similar hospital like Danny Thomas and now Marla Thomas have with St Jude where the children with cancer and their families are taken care of without the cost or having to worry how much things cost

and I want to do the same thing with Animals. I have also heard Mariska Hagerty and she has partnered with a charity where domestic violence sufferers that are afraid to leave their violent partners becoz they do not want to leave their Animals behind. I would also like to be able to do something like that so they can feel free to bring Their Animals to us and we can care for Them and care for the domestic violence victims until they are ready to get on their own feet and be able to take their Animals with Them
