Pupdate! Mama Leanne, who caught a flight with us to Live and Let Live Farm Rescue on International Dog Day gave birth to 7 beautiful and healthy puppies today 💚 last litter for this mama! Her future is bright and soon she will get to be the baby when she finds her forever home.

🐾✨ HIGH HOPES. BIG DREAMS. SECOND CHANCES. ✨🐾

Yesterday, on International Dog Day, we celebrated what happens when a community comes together with one simple belief:

Every animal deserves a chance. Every life matters. And there is always hope. ❤️

22 dogs, 12 cats and 1 very special bunny took a journey toward brighter futures. ✈️🐶🐱🐰

These animals may have started their journey in overcrowded shelters, but they are ending it surrounded by HIGH HOPES — hopes for loving families, safe homes, full bellies, soft beds and lives filled with the love they deserve.

And that is exactly what Seuk’s Army is all about.

Seuk believed in giving animals a chance when others might have given up. He believed in helping those who needed someone to step forward. His legacy continues every time an animal boards an airplane and heads toward a second chance.

We fly with High Hopes. And we carry Seuk’s legacy with us. 💙✈️

If you’re a pet parent, you know there’s an unspoken bond between humans and their dogs. It’s a connection built on trust, companionship, unconditional love, and the countless little moments that make our lives a little (or a lot) brighter. ✨

For those who have opened their hearts and homes to a rescue dog, that bond is often even more meaningful. 🥰

Rescues have an incredible way of reminding us about resilience, second chances, and the joy that comes from finding a place where you truly belong. While we may think we’re saving them, many pet parents will tell you that their rescue dog ended up rescuing them right back.

But do you know what isn’t talked about enough? Just how profoundly they enrich our lives—especially when it comes to our mental well-being. 🧠

There are countless ways our canine and feline companions support us, but here are just a few…

✈️🐾 A FLIGHT TO REMEMBER — HONORING SEUK ON NATIONAL AVIATION DAY 🐾✈️

Yesterday, on National Aviation Day, we gathered at Culpeper Regional Airport for a photo shoot that was incredibly special to all of us. ❤️

Meet Mama Selene and her 8 puppies. 🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶

On June 28 — Seuk’s birthday — Seuk’s Army transported Mama Selene while she was heavily pregnant. Shortly after landing, she went into labor and delivered 8 beautiful puppies… on Seuk’s birthday. 🥹❤️

It felt like Seuk had a hand in every part of their story.

The rescue named each of the puppies after Seuk and his immediate family, forever connecting these little lives to the legacy that started Seuk’s Army. ❤️

And yesterday, the magic continued.

Our incredible volunteers and our friends at Homeward Trails Animal Rescue gathered at Culpeper Regional Airport to capture these little ones with Pilot Kley Parkhurst’s plane, Athena. ✈️

The puppies showed up ready for their first aviation adventure, sporting the cutest little aviation goggles and their adorable Seuk’s Army bandanas, handmade with love by their foster mom, Kim. 🥰🐾

There are moments in rescue that remind us why we do what we do.

A pregnant mama who needed a chance.
Eight puppies born on Seuk’s birthday.
A pilot willing to share his plane.
A foster mom who poured her heart into handmade bandanas.
Volunteers who showed up.
A rescue partner who believed in their future.
And an entire village coming together to celebrate eight little lives that might not have existed without everyone playing their part.

This is Seuk’s legacy. ❤️

It’s not just about the miles we fly. It’s about the lives we change along the way.

Thank you to everyone who continues to keep Seuk’s spirit flying high — our pilots, fosters, volunteers, rescue partners, coordinators and supporters.

This past Sunday, we had the incredible privilege of welcoming 9 dogs from a transport of more than 180 dogs and cats making their way from Georgia to rescue organizations across the region. ❤️🐾

Every single one of these animals was at risk of euthanasia simply because of severe overcrowding. Thanks to an incredible network of rescue organizations, volunteers, and transport teams, they were given something every shelter pet deserves—a second chance.

This lifesaving effort brought together rescue partners from across the region, all meeting in Fredericksburg to help animals in need. While the transport was originally supposed to fly, weather had other plans. Instead, dedicated volunteers drove hundreds of miles, making multiple stops—including ours—and still had more destinations ahead. Their commitment is nothing short of inspiring.

This special transport was completed in honor of Lelan Orr through Lelan's Freedom Flight. After Lelan tragically lost his young life to su***de, his mother—director of the Georgia partner shelter—created this mission to honor his memory by saving the lives of animals in need.

We're also incredibly grateful to Seuk's Army and every rescue, volunteer, and transporter who made this lifesaving journey possible. Because of all of you, these animals now have the chance to experience safety, love, and the forever homes they deserve.

💙 The journey doesn't end here. The 9 dogs we welcomed will soon be looking for families of their own—and a few are already available for adoption! Keep an eye on our page… your new best friend may be waiting.

✈️🐾 HAPPY NATIONAL AVIATION DAY! 🐾✈️

Today, we celebrate the incredible gift of flight—and the extraordinary people who use their wings to save lives. ❤️

To our amazing volunteer pilots, thank you. Thank you for donating your time, your aircraft, your fuel, and most importantly, your hearts. Every time you take to the skies, you carry more than animals—you carry hope, second chances, and the promise of a better tomorrow.

Because of this incredible village of pilots, transporters, coordinators, rescue partners, fosters, volunteers, and supporters, 1,596 animals have been transported to brighter futures in 2026. 🐾❤️

That number represents 1,596 lives that were given another chance.
1,596 stories that didn’t end in a shelter.
1,596 reasons to keep flying. ✈️

Seuk believed in giving animals a chance, and every flight helps us keep his legacy alive. His mission continues in every wagging tail, every purr, and every animal who finally gets to know what it feels like to be safe and loved.

To every pilot who has ever taken off for Seuk’s Army: THANK YOU.

24 dogs and 5 kittens left overcrowded shelters behind and took to the skies toward something every animal deserves — a second chance. ❤️

But this isn’t just about one flight. It’s about the incredible village of animal lovers we have built together. Rescue partners, pilots, coordinators, transporters, fosters, volunteers, donors and supporters — every single person plays a part in making these happy endings possible.

Together, we are proving that when people come together for the animals, amazing things happen.

And with every life we save, every shelter animal we move to safety, and every second chance we create, we keep Seuk’s legacy alive. ❤️‍🩹🐾
