During a press conference, NYC Mayor Bill DeBlasio announced the "Key to NYC Pass," requiring workers and customers to be vaccinated for indoor dining, fitness and entertainment events which will begin to be enforced in September.

COVID UPDATE
GREATER MELBOURNE & CITY OF GREATER BENDIGO
ALCRC Lure Coursing trial to be held on 6th June 2021
A decision has been made to refund all entry fees to any exhibitor who cannot attend the shows due to the Covid restrictions effecting people who live in the Greater Melbourne & the city of Greater Bendigo area. This will be done regardless of whether it is requested before or after entries close.
Covid restrictions change daily and we advise that you check the SA Health Government website in regards to current restrictions.
Following the announcement that Victoria’s Covid-19 infections have spiked and the Victoria will enter a seven-day lockdown.
As of 27/05/2021 at 1.30pm the follow applies –
• If you have been in Greater Melbourne on or after 20 May and entered South Australia before 6.00pm 26 May, you must not attend a COVID Management Plan event for 14 days after your arrival.
• If you are entering South Australia and have been in the City of Greater Bendigo on or after 22 May 2021, you must not attend a COVID Management Plan event for 14 days after your arrival.
If this applies to you and you need to withdraw your entry please advise the names of the dogs to withdraw so we can make sure a refund is done.
If you know these restrictions apply to you please do not enter our trial that is being held on the 6th June 2021.

April is Adopt-a-Greyhound month!
We support those who adopt, rescue, foster and love greyhounds.
In recognition, CPG have partnered with some awe-inspiring greyhound rescues who are dedicated to rehabilitating and re-homing greyhounds in loving, forever homes - to live the life they were meant to have!
Keep an eye on our social media networks across April to meet some of the adorable adoptees who are looking for their perfect match (perhaps that’s you?) and info on each rescue and how you can help - such as fostering, volunteering, shopping and donating.
Please take the time to check out each of the rescues featured - they are absolutely invaluable in protecting the rights and welfare of greyhounds in Australia.

High Kings had earned $24,350 in prizemoney, raced in Victoria and South Australia and suffered some awful falls during his 60 races. He managed to cross the finish line of his last race with a broken hock. After all this, he was killed at the Mt Gambier track in South Australia on 21 March. RIP High Kings.
