My name is Quill and NO I am not new here actually I’ve been in foster care for almost 4 WEEKS! 😔 how comes no one wants me? Didn’t anyone tell you what an amazing dog I am?
Yes I know you see my eye, I look like I am wearing an eye patch! Argggghhhhh!
It’s healing very nicely, and I does not hurt me! Don’t let the eye situation hold you back!

Yesterday was Converse's 2nd birthday which means he has spent more than half his life in the rescue. Not fair to him at all to not have a family to call his own. He was born here, then adopted then returned after he jumped up on his mom to try and meet the newborn baby who had just came home. Was not his fault, he was not prepared at all for the new arrival. Also he didn't cause any harm, he just wanted to see the baby. Since coming back, he keeps getting overlook.. when we say since coming back, we mean the past 10 months since his return.. not one single application. Converse is housebroken and crate trained. He is dog friendly and older kid friendly. He was curious about the cats until they showed him who the boss was and now he leaves them be. He is a big boy, around 70 or so lbs. He has also graduated from Basic Training so does have some manners.

This is Loki, a sweet lil guy full of energy and looking for a new home. By no fault of his own, his owner is going through some family responsibilities and can just no longer give Loki the time and attention he needs. Imagine being in a shelter and not being able to hear or see what is going on around you.

This is Buddy. He is completely deaf and mostly blind. He came to us with two of his siblings, who are both deaf, and is navigating through life as best as he can here…but what he really needs is a home of his own❤️

Buddy is very sweet and gentle, and he loves the company of his human and dog friends. He can be adopted with his sibling(s) or to a home with another dog. He definitely needs a dog friend to help him get around. Buddy will also need a house with a fenced-in yard so he can play in a safe spot.
