Water quality is a non-partisan issue. We all agree that our health and the health of our coral reef ecosystem in the Keys requires exceptional water quality to survive.
Why is someone with the track record Holly has on water quality policy, made the Chair of the Florida Association of Counties Water & Environmental Sustainability Committee?

Democrats and Republicans both agree that anyone that would give polluters the green light to both pollute and keep the pollutants secret from the public, is no friend of the environment.
Why would the fox be left in charge of the hen house? Either, the people in charge did not know or they did because they knew Holly would play softball with special interests.
I will never bend the knee to special interests groups or be afraid to propose real policy that will protect our waters.
Can anyone tell me how someone that was fine with allowing special interests to not only pollute into our drinking source (Biscayne Aquifer) but allow the companies to hide information about the pollutants from the public, is any better than someone that makes a policy change that causes great harm to many people, including children and infants?
The shiny apple we know with sweet talk and smiles is hiding a rotten core, that will do whatever special interests want at the detriment of locals.
I will never allow any special interests power over the rights of the locals and their children.
I have what it takes to stand up for our collective Florida Keys voice!
