Our most recent kitchen remodel! All new cabinets, new flooring, new counters and backsplash, moved the oven to a wall oven and added a wine fridge, new appliances, new light fixtures and more 😍😍😍

Here’s my PAS for today. When having your house renovated make sure your contractor pays attention to detail. Here are@a@few things I found in an inspection I did today.
- match the recessed LED lighting - use of proper HVAC grills - match light bulbs - match vanity hardware orientation - install switches the proper direction - verify hot and cold water are connected to the proper sides of the faucet - use professional carpet installers - and install exterior doors the proper direction. For everyone’s safety if you don’t know what you are doing don’t YouTube it hire a professional.

When I do home inspections I tell people that any openings in the electrical panel should be filled to avoid rodent entry and they just look at me like yeah ok. Well this might not be a panel but the same concept. This outlet box has a large opening in the back and well Mickey decided it would be a fun place to have a snack. 🐁⚡️💀
