• All rabbits/poultry are in guaranteed health when they leave our hands. We are not responsible for any illnesses or vet bills incurred while the rabbit/ poultry is in your possession.
• We do not sell rabbits as gifts for birthdays or any holidays. Rabbits are a lifetime commitment and we do not want our rabbits to be impulse buys.
• We will gladly answer any and all questions you may have,
however please do your research on the breed you are interested in, and read ads in full before asking questions or inquiring.
• All Rabbits/Poultry are sold on first come, first serve basis. I reserve the right to refuse a sale for any reason I feel necessary.
• No rabbit will leave our farm under 8 weeks of age. Poultry can leave my farm anywhere from 3 days old to 3 weeks old. (Price will go up on birds if I grow them out on my farm or vaccinate them)
• My rabbits listed as show quality have been evaluated. This means they are free of disqualifications at that time. Please take the time to also look over the rabbit and evaluate them for yourself.
• Rabbits will come with their pedigree if they are from a pedigreed stock. I will also give you a baggie of food so that your bunnies can have a better transition to your feed. I will also print out local vets and informational sheets.
• Show Quality Rabbits. This just means that my rabbits fit within the standards of the ARBA. This does not guarantee any winnings, just that the rabbit can be shown. (Comes with 3rd generation pedigree.)
• Brood Quality is a rabbit that can’t be shown due to a fault, but can produce show quality litters. These come with pedigrees as well.
• Pet Quality-This means the rabbit isn’t showable quality and doesn’t fall into the category of Brood Quality either. (Please do not breed)They may not meet standards in the ARBA world but that doesn’t mean they are not any less special.These guys would not come with a pedigree. Our prices vary depending on breed/type/sex/color/quality. Our Show/Brood pricing varies, it all depends on the type and lines, etc. Buying multiples may be at a discounted rate. If you are starting a rabbitry, we are willing to help and work with you regarding breeding especially youth, 4h or ARBA exhibitionists.
• If at any time you decide you can no longer keep your rabbit, you must give us first right of refusal. This means you must offer the rabbit back to us first, however you will not receive a refund. Please note that we cannot take back any rabbit that we suspect to be ill. We ask that the rabbits paperwork and supplies be provided with it.
