We didn’t grow up wrapped in bubble wrap.

We climbed trees, rode bikes without helmets, drank from the garden hose, and came home covered in dirt.

Our playgrounds were fields, creeks, backyards, and anywhere our imagination could take us.

Life wasn’t perfect, and neither were we.

But those scraped knees, muddy shoes, and long summer days taught us something valuable:

Resilience.

We learned to get back up, brush ourselves off, and keep going.

Looking back, it wasn’t the dirt that made those days special.

It was the freedom.
The adventure.
The friendships.
And the memories that still make us smile all these years later.

Sometimes the best childhoods weren’t the cleanest ones—they were the ones that were truly lived.

Yep... and while we're at it, let's teach our daughters to change a tire, check the oil on their car and mow the lawn (for starters).
