Kitten Kaboodle NICU Welcome to Kitten Kaboodle NICU! We are a 501c3 non-profit who specializes in neonatal kitten care.

We intake babies from 0 - 4 weeks, and provide everything from basic bottle-feeding to intensive care for very sick babies.

All babies are making excellent weight gains! The little calico(the only girl of the bunch) is the runt; and she's the weight of a 3 week old. But she's healthy. 😊

New intakes 🩵

Once again, we're teaming up with Cats of West Central IL. Once these babies are weaned and healthy, they'll transfer out. A shout out to Lora Messer Miller for transporting these babies to our care. 😊

All babies are healthy, weaned, and ready to transfer to their committing rescue to complete their vetting and find their forever homes. ❤️

Adoption interests will be handled by Cats of West Central IL.

Thank you to whoever bought the 4 pack of Odoban Odor Digester from our Amazon wishlist; no packing slip was included. 🩵 Donations help us help these itty bitties. We primarily fund our efforts with our own personal money. 3 weeks ago, we spent $100 on Miracle Ni***es, and just on July 4 we spent ~$124 on 4 new warming disks. Yesterday, ~$60 was spent on laundry supplies, and that will get us by for 3 weeks. Kitten laundry is no joke! Neonatal kittens are expensive to care for, and it's one reason why rescue placement is hard to procure for them. But we do this exclusively. 🩷🩵 Soon, we'll be fundraising to add another incubator to our nursery. Right now, we are very low on Rescue disinfectant. If we could get a couple bottles purchased from our wishlist, we'd be very grateful! 🥰

Out of the incubator and into a cage. 😊 I always seem to have babies in my care, and have to sacrifice celebrations and fun outings. My July 4th will be spent bottle feeding, doing kitten laundry, managing several blanket changes, and bathing poopy babies. Caregivers of neonatal animals make so many personal sacrifices so that teeny tinies have a chance. To all who will be celebrating this July 4th, have a fun and safe holiday weekend! 🎆🎇
