First, I want to give a HUGE shout-out to my amazing husband, Joel. Thank you for stepping up and keeping up with all of our furry clients while I’ve been healing from surgery. I truly couldn't do it without you! ❤️

Sending out a quick reminder, I am heading into surgery tomorrow and will be taking some time off to rest and recover.
But don't worry, your furry family members are in the absolute best of hands! My incredible husband, Joel, will be stepping in and taking over the business for the next three weeks. He will be handling all the walks, drop-ins, and cuddles while I’m out of commission. He already knows and loves so many of your pets, and I am so incredibly grateful to him for keeping everything running smoothly so I can focus on healing.

Hey Ally E. Pet Care family! 🐾

I have a quick policy update to ensure your pups always get the best care, even when tummy troubles strike. When pets have severe, messy accidents while you're away, it can take 15+ minutes just to clean up and sanitize the floors. I never want to subtract that cleaning time from your dog's walk! A proper walk is essential when they have an upset stomach so they can fully empty their system, and they need that dedicated one-on-one time.

Moving forward, I am implementing a Heavy Sanitation Policy:
* Minor, simple accidents are ALWAYS cleaned up for free during our normal visit.
* Excessive messes (like multiple runny accidents that take more than a few minutes to clean) will have a $15 fee added to that visit. This covers the extra time required to clean up AND still give your dog their full, proper walk.

🐾 Important Schedule Update for Ally E. Pet Care! 🐾

Hey everyone! I wanted to give you all a quick reminder about a couple of upcoming schedule changes this month:

✈️ Vacation Time: I have an upcoming trip, so Ally E. Pet Care will be unavailable for pet care from August 13th through August 23rd. However, my inbox is always open, so please feel free to reach out anytime to get on the calendar for dates outside of this window!

📌 Availability Reminder: As a quick reminder, my availability for out-of-town trips and days off is always updated on the pinned post at the top of my page, so you can check there anytime to see my schedule!

🏥 Surgery & Recovery: On August 28th, I will be going in to have two hernias repaired. Since I'll have a 3-week recovery period, my amazing husband, Joel, will be taking over all pet care duties! Most of you have already met him, and he did an incredible job caring for your fur babies while I was recovering from my hysterectomy previously. I am so incredibly thankful for him stepping up to help out again while I heal.

It is with a heavy heart that we share some sad news. Last night, our Ally E. Pet Care family lost a sweet, gentle giant named Zoey, "Princess". She was taken from this world far too soon. Zoey was an absolutely adored member of her family and brought so much joy to everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be deeply and incredibly missed.
Please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate this very difficult time.
