Hey wait.list friends! If you’ve been waiting for a girl for a while, please consider a boy, if possible. Boys are generally more chill and affectionate and unfairly underrated.
I keep girls because I only need 2 stellar boys to help with improvements, which right now I have 3. Daughters with fatter heads, thicker limbs, wider hips and shoulders, shorter wider ears etc replace their mamas, who then get to go to a p.et h.ome. So because I usually have more boys than girls, and because I keep only girls, they are harder to come by. Which means you’re waiting a lot longer for a baby.
I generally only br.eed each mama 2x a year. I will not just br.eed to make babies for people on the wait.list. As mentioned above, I’m working on making structural improvements, not making p.ets. It works out really well that whoever doesn’t stay can go to a p.et h.ome, so I’m grateful for you being excited and able to provide loving furever h.omes for them. But it has to be how I feel is responsible and ethical for my bunnies and my goals.
That being said, I had a couple moms that didn’t end up having ba.bies. So if you feel like you don’t want to keep waiting, and want to search for a bunny elsewhere, I totally understand. Just please mes.sage me and let me know. If you’ve been here for a little bit you know that I won’t force a mama to bre.ed, if she doesn’t want to, and I also can’t control if she ends up not being preg.nant. I try my best but these are things that just sometimes don’t work out.
