I’ve recently taken on a new pup that was diagnosed with heart disease and given 6 months to live. Part of it is providing his daily medication to keep him relaxed to lessen the stress on his heart. Now thanks to all the new updates on the app. I was able to also create a nice little document on what to look for during my visits and upload it to the app so the clients could also download it and use it for themselves. It also shows how much detail I go into in customizing each clients care routine to ensure their pet gets the best possible care around. They may have just wanted me to go give him the medication and a short potty break…. But I give peace of mind and comfort for free.

I’m very happy to announce that you can now set up auto pay in app. This will save time and possible late fees from forgetting to pay your bill. Attached is a how to, or if you need help setting it up please feel free to reach out and I can assist.

In other news:

• Clients can no upload files, starting in 2027 it will be required to have up to date documentation of pets vaccination records.

• Payment processing fee has gone down from 5% to 2.9% +$0.30.

• We’ve added an AI assistant to make scheduling faster and less of a hassle. They’ll also be able to answer questions and help via the app when I’m not available.

• The new Android app is now out.

• You can also have notifications sent to your WhatsApp, great if you’re traveling abroad!
