Change~ deep exhale, I know. I've spoken endlessly about change, that it is coming, always coming. Our choice is to resist it, ignore it, try to elude it OR to lean in, to embrace it and maybe to celebrate it. So here we are, leaning in, shifting and stepping into our own change. As The Shiney Studios is winding down, and we are no longer publishing our website, blog, and the Yoga Studio is closed, I look to the future, of creativity and change. In the spirit of adventure, sharing and showing up, we hope you accompany us on our journey! Website, publications, retreats and online media are coming soon! Buckle up Baby~ here we go!
