🚨 ORLANDO, FL — BRUNO NEEDS HELP BY FRIDAY 10/2 AT 5 PM 🚨

💔 Bruno is only 3 years old, and he needs someone willing to give him a chance.

BRUNO —
🐾 3-year-old male
⚖️ 58 lbs
❤️ Heartworm negative
🥹 Friendly, sweet boy

Bruno currently does not have use of his rear legs. His back legs are hyperextended, and he needs assistance with a sling to walk at least 3 times a day.

But Bruno CAN urinate and defecate on his own, and he is friendly and able to be handled. He simply needs more hands-on care and medical support than the shelter is able to provide.

And now he has a deadline.

🚨 BRUNO MUST HAVE PLACEMENT BY FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2 AT 5 PM. 🚨

Bruno needs a FOSTER + RESCUE willing to step up and get him the evaluation and care he deserves. His mobility challenges should not mean his life ends at only 3 years old.

🙏 WE NEED:
• A committed foster who can help Bruno with his sling and daily care
• A rescue willing to pull him
• Pledges to help a rescue with his medical expenses
• Shares — especially throughout Central Florida

You do not have to be able to pay for all of Bruno’s medical care to foster. What he desperately needs is someone willing to provide him a safe place to land while a rescue coordinates his care.

💙 If you can foster Bruno, please comment/message ASAP so we can work on finding rescue backing.

‼️ DEADLINE: FRIDAY 10/2 AT 5 PM ‼️

Please share Bruno. Somewhere out there may be the person who sees this sweet boy and says, “I can help him.” 🐾💔

🚨🚨 ORLANDO, FL — JIMMY NEEDS HELP BY SUNDAY, OCTOBER 4 🚨🚨

💔 Jimmy has been at the shelter since AUGUST without much adoption interest. Now he has a deadline.

Meet JIMMY — A604135 🐾
6 years old • 75 lbs • Neutered • Heartworm negative

Jimmy is described as wonderful, kind and very friendly. He allows full handling and even appears to be house-trained.

But Jimmy has chronic skin allergies.

Despite receiving treatment at the shelter, his condition has shown little improvement. He needs to leave the shelter so he can receive further veterinary evaluation, testing and treatment.

And because of those medical needs, Jimmy now needs rescue placement by October 4.

This sweet boy has already spent weeks waiting for someone to notice him. He shouldn’t lose his chance at a future because his skin needs medical care.

🏡 A FOSTER COULD HELP SAVE JIMMY’S LIFE.

Jimmy has not been successfully paired with another dog at the shelter, so any home with another dog would need separation initially and slow, appropriate, supervised introductions.

❤️ Very friendly
🏠 Appears house-trained
🤗 Allows full handling
🩺 Chronic allergies requiring further veterinary care
✅ Heartworm negative
📍 Orange County Animal Services — Orlando, FL
⏰ DEADLINE: SUNDAY, OCTOBER 4

Jimmy doesn’t need someone who can fix everything themselves.

He needs someone willing to give him a safe place to land so he has the chance to get the help he needs.

Please FOSTER, ADOPT, SHARE or PLEDGE for Jimmy. Even if you can’t take him yourself, sharing him could put his face in front of the person who can.

🆔 JIMMY — A604135

Please don’t let months of waiting end with Jimmy never getting to leave the shelter. 💔

🚨 ORLANDO, FL — THOR NEEDS A HERO BY THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1ST 🚨

🐾 THOR — A605888
9 years old • 50 lbs • Sweet, friendly & dog-friendly

Thor is 9 years old, and right now, what he needs more than anything is someone willing to give him a chance.

This beautiful senior gentleman is described as sweet and friendly with everyone he meets — people AND dogs. ❤️

While Thor was being neutered, a mass was discovered on his lower abdomen. He now needs to leave the shelter and be seen by a full-service veterinarian to find out exactly what he’s dealing with.

⚠️ PLEASE DON’T LET HIS MEDICAL NEEDS SCARE YOU AWAY FROM FOSTERING.

A rescue will cover Thor’s medical expenses.
He just needs a foster willing to give him a safe place to stay while he gets the care he needs.

Thor doesn’t know there’s a deadline.
He doesn’t know what that mass means.
He just knows that he’s still the same sweet boy who loves people, gets along with other dogs, and deserves to feel safe and loved.

At 9 years old, Thor shouldn’t be spending these days waiting in a shelter with an uncertain future.

🏡 He can be ADOPTED or FOSTERED.
🩺 Rescue covers medical costs for an approved foster.
🐶 Dog-friendly.
❤️ People-friendly.
⏰ DEADLINE: THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1ST.

We need a FOSTER to step up so a rescue can help save him. We need PLEDGES to attract rescue to cover his care.

If you can’t foster, please SHARE THOR everywhere. One share could reach the person who can give him the safe place he desperately needs.

🚨 ORLANDO, FL — FOSTER NEEDED FOR DOZER 🚨
💔 He’s been waiting since JUNE. Now the kennel is starting to break him down.
⏰ DEADLINE: OCTOBER 4TH

Look at that smile. 🥺

Dozer is only 5 years old. He was once adopted from this very shelter—but somehow ended up back here as a stray in June, skinny, deteriorated and looking much older than his age.

For months, he has waited.

And waited.

And somehow, through all of it, Dozer has remained an incredibly friendly, social boy.

🐾 He loves people.
🎾 He plays fetch.
❤️ He allows full handling.
🦴 He’s food motivated.
🐕 He was non-reactive to dogs and people passing his yard.
🐶 He has even been easily paired with another dog.

But now something is changing.

Dozer is heavily vocalizing in his kennel and beginning to show kennel reactivity.

The shelter stress is getting to him.

He doesn’t need another month behind kennel doors.
He needs a home where he can finally exhale.

🚨 DOZER NEEDS RESCUE PLACEMENT BY OCTOBER 4TH — AND A FOSTER COULD BE THE PERSON WHO MAKES THAT POSSIBLE.

A rescue may be able to provide the backing, veterinary care and support.

What Dozer desperately needs is somewhere to GO.

🏡 CAN YOU FOSTER DOZER?
Please comment/message ASAP so we can work on connecting you with rescue support.

💰 CAN’T FOSTER? PLEDGE toward his medical care. Pledges can help encourage a rescue to step up.

📲 CAN’T DO EITHER? SHARE HIM. One share could put him in front of the person who can save him.

Dozer does have medical needs. He has ongoing eye discharge/mild entropion and patchy hair loss, with chronic allergies suspected. He has been receiving treatment and medicated baths and will need veterinary follow-up for his skin and eyes.

But Dozer is heartworm negative, neutered, friendly, playful and only 5 years old.

He has already lost one home.
He came back as a stray.
He has spent months waiting.

Please don’t let him lose his life because no one offered him a temporary place to stay.

🏠 AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION OR FOSTER

Sir Toby came into the shelter on August 22, and this young boy simply hasn’t had enough time to be seen by the right person.

At only 2 years old, Toby is an energetic, playful boy who would be a great match for an active family ready to give him the exercise and enrichment a young dog needs.

❤️ Easy to leash
🥰 Social
🎾 Playful
💗 Affectionate
⚡ Energetic and active

Toby could potentially live with canine siblings when they are separated initially and slowly, appropriately introduced and supervised.

This boy shouldn’t lose his chance simply because his family hasn’t found him yet.

🚨🚨 ORLANDO, FL — DEADLINE TUESDAY 9/29 AT 5 PM 🚨🚨

🆘 JUNIOR NEEDS A FOSTER OR ADOPTER 🆘

💙 JUNIOR — A584573
🐾 3 years old
⚖️ 55 lbs
🏠 AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION OR FOSTER

Junior has been let down again and again.

He originally came into the shelter in April after being confiscated because of inadequate living conditions. He was reclaimed shortly afterward — only to find himself back at the shelter again in August.

This time, his owner did not come back for him.

At only 3 years old, Junior deserves so much better than repeatedly finding himself without a safe, permanent home.

Despite everything, Junior is still social and excited to spend time with people.

❤️ Allows full handling
🦮 Easy to leash
🥰 Seeks social interaction
🧠 Obeys commands
🌳 LOVES getting out of his kennel and going into the yard

Junior understandably doesn’t enjoy having to go back into his kennel after getting his time outside.

🐶 Junior can potentially live with canine siblings when dogs are initially separated, slowly and appropriately introduced, and supervised.

He deserves a home where the next person who chooses him actually chooses him forever.

🚨 JUNIOR’S DEADLINE IS TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29 AT 5 PM.

🏠 PLEASE CONSIDER ADOPTING JUNIOR.

🏡 CAN’T ADOPT? FOSTER HIM. Giving Junior somewhere safe to land could be exactly what he needs to make it out of the shelter.

💰 CAN’T FOSTER OR ADOPT? PLEDGE + SHARE. Every share increases the chance that Junior reaches the person who can help him.

Let’s get this boy OUT.

🆘 FOSTER OR ADOPTER NEEDED FOR MAX 🆘

💙 MAX — A446202
🐾 7 years young
⚖️ 70 lbs
🐕 German Shepherd
🏠 AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION OR FOSTER

Max knows what it’s like to have a home.

He was adopted back in January 2020 and spent more than six years outside the shelter before being surrendered in May because he likes to dig and had figured out how to escape the yard.

Now this sweet 7-year-old gentleman is back in a stressful shelter environment when he should be spending his days in a home.

And Max sounds like such a GOOD BOY.

❤️ Allows full handling
🦮 Walks nicely on leash
🥰 Affectionate and social
🎾 Playful
🐾 Comes over for belly rubs
🧠 Knows commands including shake/paw
🐶 Plays kindly with other dogs

Max could potentially live with a canine sibling with proper, slow introductions.

This boy spent YEARS living in a home. He deserves another chance to have one.

🚨 MAX HAS A DEADLINE OF TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29 AT 5 PM.

We need someone to step up before that deadline.

🏠 ADOPT MAX and give him the permanent home he deserves.

🏡 CAN’T ADOPT? FOSTER. A foster home can give him somewhere safe to decompress while his forever family is found.

💰 CAN’T FOSTER OR ADOPT? PLEDGE + SHARE. Pledges can help encourage rescue backing, and sharing may put Max in front of the person who can save him.

🚨🚨 ORLANDO, FL — DEADLINE TUESDAY 9/29 AT 5 PM 🚨🚨

🆘 RESCUE + FOSTER NEEDED FOR ELLA 🆘

💗 ELLA — A604745
🐾 3 years old
⚖️ 39 lbs
🏠 RESCUE ONLY — NEEDS A FOSTER

Poor Ella has already been adopted and returned, and now she needs someone willing to give her the patience and stability she deserves.

Ella allows leashing, walks very nicely, and seeks out social interaction. She can initially be leery of people and has a little bit of a sassy, selective side. Once she chooses her person, though, she can become very attached and may become protective of them.

What Ella needs most is a calm, patient home willing to help her build confidence and become her best self through positive, reward-based training.

🐶 DOG FRIENDLY WITH PROPER INTRODUCTIONS: Ella has been paired with other dogs at the shelter and could live with canine siblings with slow and appropriate introductions.

Ella has already experienced the heartbreak of being returned. She needs someone who will not let her down again.

🚨 Her deadline is TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29 AT 5 PM.

Ella is RESCUE ONLY, which means we desperately need a committed foster so a rescue can step up and pull her.

🏠 CAN YOU FOSTER?
Fostering can literally be the difference between Ella leaving the shelter alive or not.

💰 CAN’T FOSTER? PLEASE PLEDGE!
Pledges can help a rescue say YES by assisting with the costs of taking her into their care.

📣 PLEASE SHARE. Even if you cannot foster, your share could reach the person who can.
