This past weekend our family was able to get together (safely) to celebrate my beautiful grandparents’ 60th wedding anniversary. It’s amazing to see their love still thriving after all this time. It was such a joy recreating their wedding photo in color 🤍

This was one of my first real projects over a year ago as a dear friend’s birthday gift and I’m still so in love with it.

Such a whirlwind this past year has been (for so many reasons) but this piece reminds me to focus on the things that bring me joy in complicated moments. Whether it’s friendships, hobbies, trash tv, or just reminding yourself of places and people you miss; just do what you need to do for yourself and know it’s okay if you’ve taken a break. The things and people that matter will always be there when you’re ready to dive back in 🤍
