Who would’ve thought that a little brown girl from the Eastside of town, who fell in love with dogs at the age of 7 and started out as a dog trainer, would one day become an award-winning groomer with her very own product sitting on a store shelf?
Today, my heart is overflowing with gratitude. I can’t stop smiling from ear to ear because this moment is bigger than a product. It represents years of sacrifice, long days, late nights, tears, prayers, faith, growth, and refusing to give up on a dream that God placed in my heart.
At just 7 years old, I discovered my love for dogs. I didn't know then that God was planting seeds for my future. Growing up on the Eastside, I had dreams, but I never imagined those dreams would one day lead me here. What started as a passion for animals has grown into a purpose, a business, a legacy, and now a product that will be available for others to purchase and enjoy.
As of June 20th, our very own Atelier Paw Balm Experience will officially be on the shelf inside The Standard Feed Store! To even type those words feels unreal.
This moment is proof that your beginnings do not determine your ending. It doesn't matter where you start. What matters is your willingness to keep going when things get hard, to keep believing when nobody else sees the vision, and to trust God even when the journey doesn't make sense.
From a little brown girl from the Eastside of town...To falling in love with dogs at age 7...To becoming a dog trainer...To becoming an award-winning groomer...To becoming an instructor...To stepping into the competitive grooming ring...To creating my own product...
And now seeing that product on a store shelf.
Only God could write a story like this.
To every client, supporter, My mentor, family members, friends, and followers who has poured into me, encouraged me, shared my business, purchased a product, booked an appointment, or simply said a prayer on my behalf, thank you! You are part of this testimony.
There were moments when I wanted to quit. Moments when I questioned myself. Moments when the vision seemed bigger than my resources. But God continued to make a way, open doors, and place the right people in my path at the right time.
So if you're reading this and sitting on a dream, let this be your reminder: Write the vision down. Stay consistent. Stay faithful. Stay obedient. The very thing you're praying for today may become the testimony you're sharing tomorrow.
God is so good.
And this little brown girl from the Eastside who fell in love with dogs at 7 years old is just getting started. 💙🐾
