🐾 A LITTLE BOOKING & SCHEDULING UPDATE 🐾

I just wanted to share a quick clarification about my booking process so there’s no confusion for anyone planning their pet’s stay with me! 🐶🤍

When you reach out about dates, I’m always happy to discuss availability and answer any questions! However, an inquiry, phone call, conversation, or verbal agreement does not officially reserve your dates.

To officially secure your dates, the sitting contract must be completed and signed, along with any other required booking information and payment/deposit.

Until the contract is signed and the booking is officially confirmed, those dates will remain available to other clients and may be booked by someone else.

I completely understand that plans can change, and this policy simply helps me keep my calendar organized and make sure I’m able to give every client the same opportunity to book their preferred dates. 🗓️🐾

Thank you so much for your understanding, patience, and continued support of Sit and Stay with Katelyn! It truly means so much to me! 🥰🐶💕

🐾💗 A Little Contact Update from Sit & Stay with Katelyn! 💗🐾

Hey fur-parents! 🐶🐱 I wanted to share a quick little update on the best way to get in touch with me! 📱✨

📞 My preferred method of contact is a phone call:
901-515-7347

I’ll be answering calls from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM! 🕗🐾 Depending on what my week looks like, I may even be available a little later some evenings. 😊

If I happen to miss your call, no worries! 🐾 Please leave me a voicemail or send me a text, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can!

📅 I’ll also be working on getting my schedule and availability posted regularly, so everyone can easily see which days I’m available for your furry friends! 🐶🐾💕

Thank you all so much for supporting Sit & Stay with Katelyn! I can’t wait to meet more of your sweet fur babies and give them all the love, attention, and cuddles they deserve! 🐾🩷
