Name: Kibou

Age: 11 years

Temperament: He is a lapdog to an elderly longtime owner, he loves being pet by her. He can be territorial around his current owner leading to nipping at new people. He prefers females. He should not be placed with children.

Vet info: neutered, up to date on shots, next rabies booster is due in April. Recent vet records state that he is in heart failure, they did not suggest treating it and he is not symptomatic.

I'm raising money for a fence build. This family loves their dogs but they are almost always chained up. When they let them roam, they kill chickens and chase baby cows. The neighbors threaten to shoot them. It's understandable because the dogs go on their property. Owners are going to end up chaining them 24/7. Please help me raise 2k for a fence build and to get them fixed.

Help!!!! Owner is in a hospice situation.

Chevy is a Blue Great Dane, Weimaraner coloring, with the classic white patch on his chest.

He is super sweet and loving. He loves to nuzzle his head in your lap or gently lean his head into you to be pet. He loves to run and it’s just incredible to watch him go full speed. He needs space to run outside, but is very calm inside. He loves to lay near you. A true gentle giant indoors.

He is very strong and hard to make do things, but if you have his heart he will do whatever you want. He gets into the car no problem and has no health problems that we know of.

He eats about one bag of dog food a month - $62 a bag

He sleeps on a baby bed, we put him up at night only because he likes to sleep on the couch. I’d say he’d be great just on the bed.

Walking around his head is about 3 feet high and his back is 2 1/2 feet high
His head is 3 1/2 feet high when he’s sitting

He is somewhere around 170 pounds
He will be 2 years old in April
