2yrs is too long for a dog to be looking for their forever home 💔🏡 Nyla has been in foster care for most of her life. She entered Kanoa Rescue Foundation’s program when she was only 8wks old & has been looking ever since! She continues to be looked over yet she is such a good dog! 🐶 She is loving, sweet, cuddly, potty trained, & good with other dogs, cats, & kids. She would love to find a home where she will be spoiled, loved, & get to snuggle up in the bed at night.

🗺️ She is currently in a foster home in the OKC Meteo Area but adopters can be located anywhere!

🐶Spayed, microchipped, & up to date on vaccinations/preventatives. She is 2yrs old & a German shepherd/hound mix.

📣🚨 OVER A YEAR LOOKING FOR A HOME! Knox & Duncan have been looking for their forever home(s) at a municipal outdoor shelter. Knox is 4yrs old & 66lbs, Duncan is 3yrs old & 55lbs. Both are heartworm negative, neutered, and up to date on shots.

🐶 Knox & Duncan came into the Sentinal shelter together after the sheriff’s dept called & asked if they could help with them after their owners had gone to jail for child abuse. Both dogs are incredibly sweet even though they had endured abuse as well 💔 they had gotten beat on & hot water dumped on them for punishment. Despite having to live in a world where all they knew was such cruelty, they are love bugs! Because of all they have endured, they’re pretty reliant on one another. These boys will need a home together or homes willing to help them cope & grow without one another.
🙏 Knox & Duncan deserve love, they deserve compassion, they deserve some TLC! They will need some help & training to adjust to a home environment & will make some great companions! They are not fans of kitty cats but do get along with other dogs, kids, & all people!

‼️9 months is an awful long time for a dog to be looking for an adoptive home but that’s just how long Veronica has been waiting, this month will mark 10 MONTHS! 😱

🐶 Veronica has been waiting since March for her home. She is Sable’s bestie (one of the dogs we posted last week). If you've ever wanted to meet the sweetest girl ever, look no further! Veronica came to us with a severe infection that took surgery and lots of medications to heal. She's feeling MUCH better and is ready to find her new family!! She loves to get the zoomies, will sit perfectly for you, and give you all the love. She's got the wiggliest little body and cannot hide how happy she is. She loves to play with her canine friends!

7 months….. these boys have been waiting for forever families for 7 MONTHS! 😱 can you believe that? Day after day…. They’re overlooked by adoptive homes 💔 Every day they wonder if they’ll find their happily ever after. Could you help by sharing their post?

🐶 Skeeter is a pit mix, about 9 months old. Fully vetted minus chip, current on preventatives. House trained and good with other dogs. He wants so bad to play with the cats (but they dont want to play with him!).

🐶 Doug is a Pit mix, 9 months old. Fully vetted minus chip, current on preventatives. He and Roger have been living mostly outside at a fosters due to their house being so small and full.

🐶Blossom is approximately two years old. She came to the shelter with her siblings after being dumped on an oilfield site. She is a medium sized dog. Her sister is Doxy.

💛Blossom is very bonded with her sister Doxy and not really social with other dogs out of her circle so if going into a home with another dog a meet and greet beforehand is recommended as well as letting her have some time to settle. She is fully vetted.

🐶Doxy is approximately two years old. She came to the shelter with her siblings after being dumped on an oilfield site. She is a medium sized dog. Her sister is Blossom.

🥹This is Ruby. She is about 2.5 years old. Fully vetted minus a chip. She is currently on preventatives. She is house and crate trained. She gets along well with other dogs. Recently, she has been chasing the foster kittens but that is likely just because they run. She has never been aggressive. She is treat motivated! Heeler/pyr mix.
