My current dilemma in life has been getting Michelin to eat. The first day and a half was her absolutely refusing anything and everything. While her brother ate gruel on his own, I had to make formula and a bottle for her. It was tough love giving her no choice but to try to eat. We graduated to a syringe and hopefully we can start eating from a bowl soon. So I have been feeding around the clock even at night. Hopefully she will gain back the weight. She is the most vocal and the best climber out of the two. She has a will to live but her survival skills are lacking. đŸ˜‚

Michelin and Firestone were found underneath a tire before coming to the Oklahoma Humane Society. These honorary dogs are with me because I wanted to try something new. Firestone goes with the flow. While his sister, Michelin, always has something to say.
They are currently 4 weeks old and will be adoption ready in November.

10 years of petsitting all started on Rover.

One of the most memorable petsitting gigs I had was at a friends wedding. I took their puppy to greet guests at each table. While I wasn't the one walking the honorary ring bearer down the aisle, we did practice before the big moment!

Looking back, moments like this remind me why I fell in love with pet care in the first place. Many people who encouraged me and helped my dream of working with pets come to life.

Over the years, I've gotten to celebrate and support clients through the rollercoaster of life. What started with Rover, eventually became Muttropolitan Pets.
