A little Hocus Pocus litter update! 🎃🐾

Between our household being extremely sick and being at the very end of pregnancy myself, I can officially say those are not two things I would recommend doing at the same time. 😅

Because of that, I haven’t gotten individual puppy photos or introductions done quite yet — but the babies are doing amazing!

They’ve had their tails docked, everyone is nursing well, and they are getting plumper by the day. Fonzee is doing such a great job with them, and right now we’re just focusing on keeping everyone happy, healthy, and growing.

And can we talk about the color on these babies already?! 🤎 Their markings are going to be absolutely stunning, just like momma and dad, and I cannot wait to watch them continue to develop over the next few weeks.

Individual photos of our Hocus Pocus litter will be coming as soon as I’m feeling a little more human again. 🤎

Introducing our Hocus Pocus litter! 🎃✨🐾

Our Frank × Fonzee babies are here, and with seven little ones arriving right in the middle of spooky season, we couldn’t resist going with a Halloween theme.

Meet the Hocus Pocus litter:

Girls: Winnie, Sarah, Mary, Dani & Emily
Boys: Thackery & Binx

We have 5 girls and 2 boys, and everyone is doing well and settling in with mama. Individual photos and introductions will be coming soon once everyone has had a little more time to rest and settle.

For now, we are just soaking in all the newborn puppy snuggles and enjoying this sweet little group. 🤎

They’re here! 🤎🐾

All of Fonzee’s puppies have officially arrived, and delivery went very well. Mama and babies are all settled in, and we are so thankful for a smooth night.

I’ll share a full puppy update later today once everyone has had some time to rest and get comfortable.

For now, this mama is about ready to pop herself 😂 so I’m going to get some much-needed sleep!

Thank you everyone for all the good thoughts and excitement along the way. More soon! 🤎

It’s happening — Miss Fonzee is having puppies! 🐾🤎

After all the waiting, puppy watch is officially over and our Frank × Fonzee litter is arriving!

Fonzee is doing great and we are right alongside her as she welcomes these little ones into the world. We had 7 puppies confirmed on X-ray, so we’re excited to see who all makes their entrance tonight.

We’ll update everyone once mama and babies are settled in. For now, send all the good vibes our way! 🤎

Another exciting pairing here at V.V. Berg Kennels! 🤎🐾

We are so excited to share that Georgia has been paired with Frank again!

After seeing how their previous puppies have been growing and developing, we were more than happy to repeat this cross. We’ve really loved what we’ve seen from their past litter and are hopeful for another beautiful group of puppies.

If all goes as planned, we could be welcoming Georgia × Frank puppies in early December! Pregnancy confirmation will come a little later, but for now we’re keeping our fingers crossed and looking forward to what this pairing may bring. 🤞🤎

Life is about to get a little crazy over here! 🤎🐾👶

We just confirmed 7 puppies on Fonzee’s X-ray, and at the same time I’m officially starting maternity leave this Friday with our own little girl able to make her appearance anytime now!

So between waiting on puppies and waiting on a baby, it’s safe to say things are about to get very busy around V.V. Berg Kennels and our home. 😂

We’re so excited for everything ahead and can’t wait to share all the updates as both arrivals get closer!

Another Frank × Georgia puppy update! 🤎🐾

We absolutely love getting updates on these babies and seeing how they continue to grow and develop.

Another pup from our Frank × Georgia litter is out there making us proud, and it’s been so fun watching this pairing mature. We’re really loving what we’re seeing from these puppies so far — confident, versatile, and ready for whatever comes next.

There’s nothing better than seeing our past puppies thriving with their families and getting out there to enjoy life. Keep the updates coming — we love every single one! 🤎

“I was thinking of you guys to send an update after his 1/2 birthday. Can’t believe he is 6 months! He is so smart picking up on commands easily and also very ornery! He spent his 1/2 birthday with his first trip to Colorado and I’m pretty sure he loved it! Exploring on trails and let me tell you he can hear water and just HAS to get it in!”

Past puppy update! 🐾🍂

One of our Frank × Georgia pups got to head out on their first grouse hunt, and we absolutely love seeing our past puppies getting out there and doing what they were bred to do!

Watching these babies grow from tiny puppies into confident, capable dogs is one of the most rewarding parts of breeding. We’re so excited to see this pup getting an introduction to the field and can’t wait to follow along as they continue to learn and develop.

“Just wanted to give you an update that Sylvie’s first grouse hunt was a success! She did amazing and it was pretty special to see her natural talent kick in. As we were walking along the trail Sylvie was out in front of us and all of sudden she made a hard left turn and got really excited. The thunder of the flush followed and after the grouse was retrieved there was one incredibly happy 6 year old and one excited springer. (Hard to get a picture with all the excitement lol). And one well deserved nap on the ride home! Thanks so much for all your work and thought into your dogs as they truly live up to your motto!” 🤎

Excited to officially introduce another addition to our program — Bryer! 🤎🤍

We are so excited to welcome Bryer to V.V. Berg Kennels and into the future of our breeding program.

As we continue to grow, we’re very intentional about the dogs we bring in. We look for stable temperament, athleticism, trainability, confidence, versatility, and the kind of structure and presence that complements what we already have.

Bryer checked a lot of those boxes for us, and we’re really excited to continue getting to know him, complete the health testing we require, and see how he fits into our future plans.

Best of all, Bryer will be joining us at home next weekend! We can’t wait to get him settled in and start this next chapter with him. 🤎

Official litter announcement! 🤎🐾

We are so excited to share that Fonzee’s pregnancy has been confirmed by ultrasound and our upcoming Frank × Fonzee litter is officially on the way!

We are very excited about this pairing and cannot wait to see what these two produce. Fonzee has given us puppies we have been incredibly proud of, and we’re looking forward to another special group of babies from her.

We are now accepting deposits for this upcoming litter. Our waitlist was given the first opportunity, and we are now opening availability to additional families. This litter should arrive the middle of October putting them ready to join their families the middle of December.

If you’re interested in one of these puppies, please send us a private message for availability and deposit information.

We’ll be sharing more updates as Fonzee’s pregnancy progresses and are so excited for what’s ahead! 🤎
