Sales Policy:
1. A 50% non-refundable deposit of the price of the rabbit is required to hold any rabbit (Paypal friends and family, cashapp, or cash). In the event you cancel the deposit is non-refundable, in the rare chance I cancel the sale you would receive the deposit back. All sales are final. The remainder of the cost of the rabbit is due at pick up or if using transport it is to be paid by the week of scheduled transport.
2. All rabbits are healthy at time of sale and are to be checked over by buyer at pick up as once the rabbit leaves our care we are no longer responsible for the rabbit. If using transport the transporter is welcome to inspect the rabbit before I leave.
3. A rabbit sold as show quality does not gurantee it will win but rather is a statement from me that at the time of sale the rabbit is free from any DQs and could be shown.
4. A rabbit sold as brood quality is meant as breeding and does not have the qualities for show.
5. A rabbit sold as pet quality does not have the necessary qualities for show or breeding.
6. All rabbits are pedigreed but pet only do not typically come with a pedigree.
7. All rabbits are dewormed prior to leaving as a precaution, nails trimmed, and come with transition feed for new owner.
8. I will work with ground transportation companies but it is buyers responsible to book this and to pay them and myself separately. Typically forms are required from both seller and buyer and a group chat is created after payment for schedule updates.
9. I have a closed rabbitry meaning I do not allow buyers to come to my rabbitry due to safety concerns for my herd as well as safety for myself and family at my residence, and to avoid chances of theft. I do meet in public places. I will send pictures of any rabbit and parents as well. 10. Rabbits will not leave until 8 weeks old or older. 11. If deposit is received I will gladly hold any rabbit until agreed upon date but if rabbit is not picked up by said date or extended time is needed a charge of $10 week may incur, example if we discussed pick up in two weeks but come pick up date you need to move it to another two weeks out then that would be $20 add as now rabbit has been here a month and I hate to do this but feed and hay continue to increase and all of my rabbits get the proper nutrition while here and care.
