Ocala, happy 4th of July.

Before the grills fire up and the sky lights up over Marion County, we want to say something simple: thank you. On America's 250th birthday, we are grateful for a country where a dog trainer can build a real business, earn the trust of this community, and use that success to help the people around us. That opportunity is not guaranteed anywhere else in the world, and we do not take it for granted.

Now, trainer hat back on for a second. Fireworks night is the hardest night of the year for most dogs. Walk yours before sunset, bring them inside once it gets dark, and let them settle somewhere quiet while you enjoy the show. If tonight teaches you that your dog needs more confidence under pressure, that is exactly the kind of work we do every day.

Enjoy the celebration, Ocala. We are proud to be part of this town.

Tyson putting in the work 💪🐾

If you’re wondering what the beginning of our Board & Train program looks like, this is it!

In this session we’re running consistent repetitions of heel, place, and down, always finishing with his release command, “free.” The goal right now is clarity and positive repetitions.

He’s coming along strong and we’re proud of his progress.

CRK9 Dog Training
Structured. Clear. Reliable.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Client words mean everything to us.

“Carlos is an excellent trainer, truly focused and dedicated… the focus my German Shepherd had after just one hour was remarkable.”

We love hearing feedback like this because it reflects exactly how we approach training. Clear communication. Purposeful structure. Real results you can see in your dog.

Thank you Sherry for trusting us with Birgit and for taking the time to share your experience. We are proud to do this work every day here in Ocala.

Calm, confident, and right at home. This is how our Board and Train dogs learn to relax and focus in real-life settings at CRK9 Ocala 🐾

🐕 Meet Maggie and Hilda, two four-month-old German Shepherd pups who are already learning the value of patience and focus.

Full of energy, curiosity, and personality, these girls have been working hard on their basic obedience and impulse control. Even when everything around them is exciting, they are learning to stay calm, listen, and make better choices.

Moments like this remind us that training is not just about commands, it is about teaching young dogs how to think, focus, and thrive in the real world.

Nate & Draco crushed their private lesson! 🔥🐾
Draco stayed locked in even with heavy distractions, proof that focus and consistency make all the difference. Huge progress for this team!

Meet Darla 🐾 Out here on the farm, she’s practicing animal neutrality while our turkeys wander by just a few feet away. 🦃

Neutrality doesn’t mean she has to like or play with other animals , it means she learns to ignore them and stay calm, no matter what’s happening around her. This kind of training builds confidence, focus, and reliability in real-world situations. A calm dog is a capable dog, and Darla’s showing us exactly how it’s done. 💪✨

🐾 Meet Macy’s Transformation Journey! 🌟
Have you ever met a dog who turns your life upside down in the most chaotic yet heartwarming way? That was Macy for Melissa Nieves, a spirited rescue dog who was returned to shelters twice before finally becoming part of Melissa’s family.
When Macy first came home, there were challenges that tested everyone's patience. She chased the family cat, counter surfed like a pro, had accidents in the house, and even pulled so hard on walks that Melissa lost circulation in her wrist. Macy's energy was boundless and she even managed to eat a Bible (yes, cover to cover)!
But Melissa refused to give up on her. That’s when CRK9 stepped in. From the first phone call with Alyse, Melissa felt heard and supported. Macy joined our training program, and the team, especially Carlos who worked closely with Melissa’s family, tackled her unique challenges with dedication and care.
The transformation didn’t happen overnight, but Macy returned home with a whole new outlook. Thanks to Melissa’s commitment and the CRK9 team’s expertise, her family found peace and joy again. Melissa says it best herself: "They didn’t just train Macy—they gave us our life back."
