Caddie R
7.29.2004 - 7.9.2026
On what would have been his 22nd Birthday, our boy deserves to be honored. We lost our beloved Caddie R earlier this month, and it feels like the end of an era for Full Circle Farm. He became our family the day he stepped foot in our barn in 2018. He was pure class and there was always something special about him. He brought great people into our lives, from partners, to vets, to other professionals. He had a team, and this was his circle. His successes with David were always so admirable, given their short amount of time together. And there will always be that day he was 3 jumps away from going clear in the $1Million Grand Prix, before reminding us he’s always in charge - if there’s going to be a pond in the middle of the ring, he WILL NOT be going near it! He became Jamie’s first big Grand Prix horse, and we’re grateful that he came back into our lives after his time with her. For the rest of his life, he was Holly’s horse of a lifetime. With retirement in mind and no expectations, he came back to give us more than we ever could have imagined. Their partnership was a testament that showed how much a horse will actually do for you, when he knows how important he is and how much he is loved and cared for. His presence was so brave and strong and stoic. He was made to feel most important everyday. In 2021 we let him know land was purchased and a farm was being built all for him! He was the patriarch of Full Circle Farm.
He will forever be irreplaceable, and will always be greatly missed.
Happy Birthday My Boy. Rest easy.
