good morning, early birds!

kicking off this World Cup season today with a friendly in Tampa (go England! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿) and a friendly face on my grid. when I think about soccer + photography, I think of my talented friend, Calvin. I finally got to meet him recently after following him on IG for who knows how long. he is very modest, but his work is A1. I suggest you give him a follow if you appreciate sports photography.

crummy doesn't even begin to describe the type of day I had today, but the one thing I couldn't get off my mind was getting these photos out. I've made this gallery my own personal obstacle, making myself feel so stressed out all on my own. I'm currently sitting at my desk, despite a major headache, saving 400+ photos because I made a promise, and it had to be by today. Some students in these photos graduated earlier today, and I am determined to send them off with this gallery.

I'm so spent, but I'm doing this.

I don't know most of the seniors I photographed that day, but I'm proud of them. Life is hard, and graduating on top of that is a feat. There will be challenges along the way, but I hope they all ultimately have a happy life. Here's to the future, Firebirds! 🎓🔴⚪️
