🐾 Apparently Ollie Came for a Bath… and Stayed for the Cuddles.

Sweet Ollie stopped by Canine Luxe for a little bath-and-nails freshen-up, and when he first arrived, he was not entirely convinced this was a good idea. 😂

But Ollie was sweet as pie through every bit of it, and once he realized the hard stuff was over, we discovered what this handsome Cocker Spaniel really came for…

Lap time. Cuddles. Kisses. And Amanda's undivided attention. ❤️

By the time his parents came back, Ollie had gone from unsure little guy to completely settled in, snuggled up in my lap like we’d been best friends for years.

Needless to say, the entire Canine Luxe crew fell stupidly in love with him. 🥹

Come back anytime, Ollie. Your seat—I mean, my lap—will be waiting. 😂❤️

🚨 What happens at Canine Luxe stays at Canine Luxe. 🚨

Many of you already know Charlie, but you may not know that Charlie is actually a certified therapy dog who works in the Coweta County school system. ❤️

Which means Charlie is a PROFESSIONAL.

He has standards.
He has responsibilities.
He has rules.

And one of those rules is that Charlie is not supposed to give kisses, amongst other things.

Soooooo... everybody just go ahead and mind your damn business about these pictures 🤣🤣

Because the minute Mom leaves Canine Luxe, Charlie apparently clocks out. 🤣😂😅

Suddenly we're sneaking kisses, lounging on the furniture, wearing tiny sparkly hats and making decisions that would absolutely NOT be approved by Human Resources. 😂

And the best part? He tolerates every bit of our nonsense. This dog is completely unflappable. You can bathe him, blow-dry him, fuss over him, put ridiculous things on his head—and Charlie just looks at you like, “Are you people finished yet?”

There really is something incredibly special about this boy, though. He spends his days bringing comfort and happiness to others, and somehow still has plenty left over for us. ❤️

And we're not even going to pretend we are impartial. We freaking adore Charlie. If he walks through that front door, whatever we are doing has officially been postponed. 😂

Charlie and his mama are truly part of our family here, and we're always ridiculously happy to see them.

Apparently getting adopted comes with terms and conditions. 🙄
Nobody bothered to tell Monte that his fabulous new life with Mom would include being dropped off at Canine Luxe for what can only be described as a series of completely unnecessary events. 😂

He arrived suspicious. And frankly, his suspicions were confirmed.

Bath? Dumb.
Blow dryer? Even dumber.
Nail trim? Who even authorized this?!

But despite having some very strong opinions about our operation, Monte was an absolute sweetheart and tolerated every ridiculous thing we asked of him. ❤️

And then something happened.

The bath ended. The dryer shut off. The nail clippers disappeared… and Monte discovered my lap.

Suddenly we were best friends. He settled right in, started handing out kisses, and had me fully convinced that what we'd been through together had created an unbreakable bond. 🥹

Then Mom pulled in.

This little man launched our entire relationship directly into the trash. 🤣

No goodbye. No backward glance. No “thanks for holding me while I recovered from my trauma.” Nothing.

Just MOMMMMM!!! 🏃‍♂️💨

✨ BEAUTY. BRAINS. AND JUST ENOUGH SASS. ✨

Miss Bertie came back to see Miss Arden, and somehow this girl manages to pack approximately 47 personalities into one ridiculously gorgeous Aussie. 😂

She’s sweet. She’s silly. She’s energetic. She’s affectionate. She’s got a little sass, a healthy dose of diva, and absolutely zero questions about whether she’s the prettiest girl in the room.

And honestly… have you SEEN HER?! Those eyes. That coat. That face. 😍

We absolutely adore this beautiful little firecracker. ❤️

Bertie: 50% sweetheart. 25% chaos. 25% diva. 100% convinced this entire salon exists specifically for her.

And frankly… we’re not telling her otherwise. 😂🐾

Arden has spent years caring for dogs right here in our community, and so many of you already know exactly what makes her special. She’s talented, patient, compassionate, and has a way of making every dog she meets feel like they’ve been best friends forever.

For us, though, this one means a little more.

We had all previously worked beside Arden for years. We know her heart. We know the kind of groomer she is, the kind of teammate she is, and most importantly, the kind of person she is.

And having her officially become part of what we’re building at Canine Luxe is exactly where we want to be. ❤️. Back together.

So help us give Miss Arden one BIG, OFFICIAL welcome to the Canine Luxe family.

You know that moment when a dog walks through the door and the entire salon collectively says, “HOLY CRAP”? Yeah. Meet Diesel. 😂🖤

Diesel is a Black Russian Terrier—and if you’ve never seen one in person, just know the pictures do NOT adequately convey the sheer amount of dog happening here. 😂

He is massive. He is magnificent. He is ridiculously handsome. And apparently, he is also large enough that when I tried to cuddle him…I became the little spoon. 💀 If Miss Albany thought she had any self control, she was mistaken. Diesel had her wrapped the second she laid eyes on him. 🤣🤣

But the most impressive thing about Diesel isn’t his size—it’s his temperament. This breed was literally developed to work and guard, and his mama has done an incredible job with him. This giant boy is gentle, goofy, sweet as can be, and trusted Miss Albany through every single part of his groom. 🖤

We basically shut down the salon for the occasion because, frankly, nobody was getting any work done with THIS walking around. 😂

And because Mom is growing out that gorgeous head and face, Diesel left us rocking a man bun—and we are loving it!

10/10 magnificent beast.
10/10 gentleman.
14/10 would absolutely be his little spoon again. 😂🖤

YA'll, JUST LOOK AT HIM! He is as stunning as he is massive! 🖤🖤

This absolute UNIT is about 115 pounds of pure, gorgeous dog — and somehow the pictures still don’t show just how enormous he really is.

He came in a little unsure of this whole grooming nonsense, but about 15 minutes with Arden and he decided, “Fine. I guess you can be trusted.” 😂 From there, he settled right in and let her handle the whole de-shed like the big sweet gentleman he is.

But once Arden said DONE?

Oh, baby. Max clocked OUT. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Straight to the front door. No lingering. No socializing. No interest in our hospitality.

“I have been de-shed. I have cooperated. Now summon my mother.” 😂

115 pounds of intimidatingly gorgeous beast on the outside…

Mama’s baby on the inside. ❤️🐾. And we see no problem with that 😝🤣. See you at your next appointment Max!!

Duke has been coming to see Miss Tracey for a long time and somewhere along the way these two decided they belong to each other.

This big ol’ Golden boy is about as chill as they come. Bath? Sure. Nails? Whatever. Brush me, fluff me, do your thing… Duke is just here for the vibes. 😂

And once the grooming is done? He has exactly two things on his agenda: lovins from the nearest staff member and a well-earned floor nap. 😴

No thoughts. No worries. Just handsome, fluffy, and completely unbothered.

We love you, Duke. Never change, big guy. 💛🐾

✨ FROM BEDHEAD TO BOUGIE ✨

Miss Aluna walked into Canine Luxe for her first visit looking a little unsure… until she spotted Miss Albany. ❤️ She’s been grooming with Albany for years, and the second she landed in those familiar arms, all was right with the world.

Then we took down the top knot.

Y’ALL. 😂🐓

For approximately 30 seconds, Aluna went from adorable little lady to full-blown barnyard rooster. And somehow, she absolutely owned it. 🤣

A bath, a groom, and a little Albany magic later… THE DIVA RETURNED. 💅

Fresh top knot. Zero humility.

It is with profound sadness and incredibly heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Stephen “Squirrel” "Sven" Allison.

There are some people who come into your life and simply become part of it. He was one of those people.

If you knew him, you know there truly was no one else quite like him. He was quirky, funny, stubborn, incredibly kind, and unapologetically himself. His dad and I joked that he really didn't give you a choice about loving him. Once you knew him, you just did. ❤️

Sven loved dogs. He loved children. He loved his friends fiercely. But above everything else, he loved his family. And if you were fortunate enough to be someone he called a friend, there wasn't much he wouldn't do for you. Even during times when he was fighting battles of his own, he would still show up to help someone else fight theirs.

Long before Canine Luxe ever opened its doors, he was our friend and teammate. And when this crazy dream of ours started becoming a reality, he was there. He helped us build this place from the ground up—literally. His hands, his hard work, his laughter, his aggravation, his ridiculousness, and so many memories are built into these walls.

And that is why Canine Luxe will always have a piece of him in it. His laughter will forever echo in these halls and in our hearts.

There will always be a place here where he belongs. His absence will be felt in ways we probably haven't even begun to understand yet, but his presence will remain—in this salon, in our stories, in the countless memories we share, and most importantly, in every one of us who had the privilege of loving him.

Some people simply cannot be replaced.

HE is one of them.

To his family, we are sending every ounce of love, strength, and comfort we possibly can. We know our grief is only one small part of an immeasurable loss, and our hearts are with each and every one of you.

And to our Squirrel... our sweet friend...

Thank you for the years of friendship.
Thank you for showing up.
Thank you for helping us build our dream.
Thank you for being exactly who you were.

Your spot will always be here, right where you belong.

We love you Sven.
