Unfortunately his family had to give up Plato due to a new lease on their home that forbids dogs. Plato is sad to lose his family, but he knows there is a forever family out there! BiBi Smalls transformation. Our little dude BiBi Smalls has been through a lot, as you can see. He was saved by Second Chance Rescue NYC with a horrendous auto-immune issue. He is SO much better and we expect a full recovery. BiBi Smalls is a five year old corgi/Chi mix who weighs about 18lbs and is good with other dogs. All he wants to do is sit on your lap!
