🐾 Wags is here making this courtesy plea for these 3 furbabes in despawrate need of help and a home. The 2 all black are 2 1/2 month old females and a tan male. Someone is holding these babies so they stay safe.... for now. He is a good samaritan bouncing from home to home holding these babes without a home for himself. As you can pawmagine that is quite a task!

🐾✨ It’s Maaco Monday! ✨🐾
Maaco was the first pawfen to call Wags his temporary home. He was rescued and brought to Wags by in 2025 from an abandonment situation and arrived with physical signs of neglect as well as a lot of very understandable nervousness and trust issues. He has served as foreman for the construction of the kennels as well as the welcoming committee for every pawfen and volunteer that have come through our door, but the position that he is most eager to hold is goodest boy in a family of his own. 🤍

Meet Maaco — your future bodyguard, gym bro, and biggest cuddle bug all wrapped into one handsome package. 🖤

Maaco is a strong, loyal boy with a heart that belongs fully to his person. Once you’re in his circle, you’ve got a best friend for life. He’s incredibly sweet, affectionate, and loves being close to the people he trusts most. But make no mistake — this boy takes his security duties seriously. Maaco is a natural born protector and always keeps a watchful eye on his home and family.

Maaco is dog selective and male selective, which basically means he’s a certified ladies’ man. He tends to bond more comfortably with women and thrives best with slow introductions and clear boundaries.

This handsome guy would do best in an all-female home with no cats, kids, or other dogs, as Maaco much prefers being the center of attention — and honestly, he deserves it. He wants his people all to himself and will happily soak up every ounce of love, affection, and couch space you’re willing to give.

As an added bonus? Maaco comes with his very own personal trainer. 💪 He and Christine have been working diligently to prepare him for his forever home, where he will be sure to wow you with his impeccable manners and lot of tricks. Between his muscular build and his enthusiasm for activity, he’ll gladly keep you on your toes with walks, workouts, and his very serious neighborhood patrol duties. 🐾

This lil' guy found himself in a pawdicament. On the streets he wouldn't survive so he was brought to Wags and since at the time it was just the seniors, Maaco and than asap. So asap went everywhere with us because he was so small. One day we went to see our pal never thinking that day was the day ASAP would became LOKI, but that is what happened!

Loki was supposed to be a but it was under a month when Steve called and 🏳️‍ and said "I have to adopt him".....

HAPPY 1 YEAR TO LOKI ON HIS ADOPTION!! 🎊

Freya was not always smiling. This lady was bred, abused, muzzled to keep quite in a crate of filth. Than the 120 precinct got a call and her owner was arrested. They brought poor Freya to the acc. (Than Stanford) Freya was as scared as a tiny tot could be. We all know where that got her.... Yep! The . We got a call and plea to save this girl, and we knew under all that, there was a pure heart♥︎ And we were right.....
