We went to see Heart of the Beast tonight — today was actually its opening day.

The theater was completely full. Mostly adults, a lot of grown men… and by the end, everyone around us was crying.

There was something so beautiful about seeing that. A whole room full of completely different people, all moved by the same simple thing — the unconditional love and loyalty between a human and a dog.

Sometimes we hear so much about the bad in people that moments like this remind you how much kindness and love there still is in us.

I hope we have more people who feel this deeply, more people who love animals this much, and more movies that remind us of that. ❤️🐾 Heart of the Beast

Your Frenchie does NOT need an elevated food bowl. 👀

Yes, I said it.

There is no strong scientific evidence showing that healthy French Bulldogs NEED to eat from elevated bowls.

You’ll see a lot of claims online: “better digestion,” “better posture,” “less pressure on the neck,” “prevents bloating”… but recommendations and marketing claims are not the same thing as scientific evidence.

For some very large or giant breeds, elevated feeding may sometimes be recommended based on the individual dog and specific circumstances — but even there, the evidence is not strong enough to say that every large dog needs one.

For small, healthy dogs like French Bulldogs, there is no established evidence that an elevated bowl is necessary.

What I DO recommend? A slow feeder if your dog eats too fast. It can slow them down instead of letting them inhale their entire meal in 20 seconds. 😂

And most importantly: every dog is different. If your veterinarian or another qualified professional who actually knows and works with YOUR dog recommends something for a specific reason, listen to them.

And I remember my Stories poll — a LOT of you told me that elevated bowls were very important for Frenchies. And that’s exactly why I wanted to make this video.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with questioning what we’ve been told and changing our minds when we look at the actual evidence.

That’s one of the reasons you follow this page: to learn, question things, and separate what we actually KNOW from what we’ve simply been SOLD. 😉

Thanks for being here and learning with me. ❤️

Now tell me — are you keeping your elevated bowl after watching this? 😂👇
