As many of you know, I've spent the better part of a year training, volunteering and practicing working with horses. So,I am excited to introduce you to Lead Horse Leadership Development! Starting this month, I'm adding this innovative approach to team and leadership development to my existing coaching and leadership training practice.

I am partnering with my friend, executive coach, licensed professional counselor and life-long horse woman Kendra M. Prescott to bring Equine Facilitated Development to leaders and their teams. We believe that the unique challenges facing leaders and teams today call for unique and innovative solutions. approached that move beyond conventional wisdom. Experiences that are transformative, sustainable and fun. More than just feel good team building, Equine Facilitated Development can be one of the solutions that enable leaders and their teams to meet each moment with confidence and resourcefulness.

Mother and sons ❤️ This morning I noticed this scene at in of what I imagined to be a mother with her two young sons, watching a barge go down the east river. Can you feel the ❤️ looking at this scene. Can you imagine the and she must have - her concerns about the future ? I’m not sure why this scene moves me so, brings me to tears, except that I believe in love, in grace and goodness and when I really look for it, it is everywhere, especially in us and between us, between a mother and sons❤️

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I
I took the one less traveled by,
and that has made all the the difference-Robert Frost I took this picture last weekend when we were in upstate NY. I’ve been down this trail many times but noticed the divergent path for the first time. And of course the famous Frost poem came to mind. I was reminded again how these last six months have been a time of deep reflection and i introspective for many, myself included. Where have I been ? What really matters? Whats next? Fall always feels like a time of new beginnings to me, even this year I sense new opportunities for the future. What about you ? What are you thinking about ? What new path are you looking forward to ? What relationships will you invest in? Whats calling you forward ? How will you invest in yourself?
