Homemade Strawberry Cheesecake 🍓✨

Ingredients

Cake Base (Crust)
• 1 + 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup cold butter (cut into small cubes)
• 1 pinch of salt

Cheesecake Layer
• 300 g cream cheese (at room temperature)
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup yogurt or cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Strawberry Cake Layer
• 1 large egg
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 cup chopped strawberries

For the topping
• Sliced fresh strawberries
• Optional: powdered sugar



Preparation

1) Crust (Base)
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Mix the flour, sugar, and salt.
3. Add the butter and rub it in with your fingertips until it resembles coarse sand.
4. Press into a square or round pan.
5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until very lightly browned.



2) Cheesecake Layer
1. Beat the cream cheese and sugar.
2. Add the egg and beat just until combined.
3. Add the vanilla and yogurt.
4. Pour this mixture over the cooled base.



3) Strawberry Cake Layer
1. Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy.

Cookie Base (Cookie Crumble)

Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and cold butter until it resembles coarse sand, or pulse in a food processor.
2. Press the mixture into a greased and parchment-lined pan to form the crust.

Cheesecake Cream
• 14 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation:

2. Add the eggs one at a time.

Ingredients

For the crust
• 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs (or petit beurre)
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 6 tablespoons melted butter



Cheesecake filling
• 675 g cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 large bananas)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice (prevents browning)
• 1/2 cup sour cream
(If unavailable: 1/2 cup strained yogurt + 1 tablespoon cream can be used.)



Banana Cream Topping
• 1 package (3.4 oz / small size) instant banana pudding mix
• 1.5 cups cold milk
• 1 cup cold cream
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla



Garnish
• Fresh banana slices (tossed with a little lemon juice)
• Whipped cream
• Crumbled vanilla biscuits or graham cracker crumbs (optional)



🧑‍🍳 Preparation



1️⃣ Prepare the base
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
2. Mix the cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
3. Press firmly into the bottom of a 23 cm springform pan.
4. Bake for 10 minutes, remove and let cool.



2️⃣ Cheesecake filling
1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add the sugar and beat again.
3. Add the eggs one at a time (use the mixer on low speed, do not overbeat).
4. Add the mashed banana, vanilla, lemon juice, and sour cream.
5. Mix with a spatula until homogeneous.



3️⃣ Baking (water bath)
1. Pour the filling onto the cooled base.
2. Place the springform pan in a larger baking pan.
3. Add about 1 inch of hot water to the outer pan.
4. Bake for 60–70 minutes.

4️⃣ Banana Cream Topping

Ingredients:

Directions:

The ingredients :

Base:

2 cups (about 250 grams) of ground plain tea biscuits.

1/2 cup (about 120 g) of chopped nuts (such as pecans or peanuts).

1/2 cup (about 115 g) unsalted butter, melted.

2 tablespoons brown sugar (optional).

For the cheesecake filling:

400 grams of cream cheese, at room temperature.

1/2 cup soft peanut butter.

1/2 cup of powdered sugar.

1 teaspoon of vanilla.

1 cup of cool whip cream

1 ripe banana mashed (or cut into very small pieces).

Peanut Butter Cream :

1/2 cup soft peanut butter.

1/2 cup of powdered sugar.

1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk.

1 cup of whipped cream

For the caramel sauce and peanut butter (coating):

1/2 cup caramel sauce prepared or homemade.

2 to 3 tablespoons extra peanut butter.

To decorate:

freshly sliced banana.

Nuts (peanuts, or problem nuts) wounded or whole.

Directions:

Preparation of the Base:

In a bowl, mix ground cookies, chopped nuts and brown sugar

Add the melted butter and mix well until the mixture resembles the wet sand.

Press mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch (23 cm) movable cheesecake mold.

Put the mold in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to cool and hold.

Preparation of the stuffing:

In a large bowl, whisk cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar and vanilla using an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

In a separate bowl, whip the cold whipping cream until it becomes a thick cream.

Add mashed bananas to cheese mixture and stir gently.

Gradually add the whipped cream to the cheese mixture and mix gently with a spoon until the ingredients are unified.

Pour filling over cooled base, flatten top and sprinkle some nuts

Cover cheesecake and put it in refrigerator to cool and hold for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight

Peanut butter cream :

Mix the peanut butter, sugar and sweetened condensed milk well, then gently mix with the whipped cream.

Pour this cream over the cheesecake layer and let to cool and sit for an hour before adding the final icing.

Salsa preparation and garnishing:

Before serving, combine the caramel sauce with 2-3 tablespoons of peanut butter in a small bowl. You can heat it a little in the microwave or on the fire for easy mixing and pouring.
