Our mission is to help you build the most fun, stress-free and rewarding relationship with your dog!
01/03/2026
For a long time, dog training has been framed as something separate from real life.
Commands. Obedience. Perfection.
But that was never the vision.
Lifestyle-based dog training means we stop asking dogs to fit into our lives — and start building lives that work for both of us.
It’s not about having a “perfect” dog.
It’s about feeling confident, calm, and capable in the moments that actually matter.
Walks that feel easier.
Homes that feel more peaceful.
A relationship built on trust, not pressure.
In 2026, we’re normalizing:
• training that supports your real routines
• partnership over perfection
• dogs as part of everyday life — not just training sessions
• emotional safety, choice, and trust
• dog parents who feel empowered, not judged
This is what life-first dog training looks like.
And it’s possible — for you and your dog.
Follow along for training that fits real life.

👉 A little about Enzo:
• Personality: sweet, energetic, and looooooves to ‘jump’ when he’s excited.
• Family’s goal: create joy with Enzo and have him learn certain life skills.
• Current focus in training: teaching him to “sit to say hi” with a variety of people.
Help us welcome Enzo to the Family Pupz crew in the comments! Drop a 👏🏻 if you think he can learn to sit instead of jump! 😅

Currently, Tanya volunteers a portion of her time as a dog trainer at the Humane Society of South Platte Valley.
Tanya believes in using only positive training techniques as a powerful tool for building strong and lasting dog-owner relationships. The use of force-free training methods make her sessions fun and enjoyable for both her dog and human clients.
