A new kind of veterinary intelligence.
The most common question prospective clients ask the VETPASS team “Will this actually make my day easier?”
At VETPASS, we get the skepticism. The profession has seen too many tools that overpromise and underdeliver — or worse, compromise care. That’s why we didn’t license a generic AI engine or bolt on third-party tech. We built our own, trained exclusively on veterinary data.
Think of it as building a system immersed in clinical content from day one — protocols, case studies, diagnostics, and species-specific care standards. Its purpose? Not to copy, but to understand, reason, and deliver medically sound responses.
Then we trained it to listen to owners and veterinarians to save time and money.
We have also focused on real clinical and client pain points:
• Helping owners describe symptoms and ask more accurate questions
• Providing safe, context-aware triage guidance
• Generating customized nutrition and weight plans based on actual pet food data
Later this year, we’re launching a dedicated AI learning series for veterinarians and pet professionals — built by clinicians, for clinicians.
We’re not building AI to replace veterinarians — we’re building it to empower them.
