Well, new cat downstairs... Fed and warm right now. He has been out in the cold for a little more than two weeks. We have befriended him and he seems quite tame. I will post a picture later and see if he is recognized by anyone. otherwise I will touch base with the local rescue and see if they can help place him. And if someone dumped him in the middle of winter, "SHAME on you!!"
