Electricity prices change. Can your greenhouse lighting change with them? 💡🌱

’ dynamic LED lighting lets growers adjust both light spectrum and intensity to suit different crops, growth stages, and growing conditions through its SUN as a Service® platform.

Price-based dimming brings electricity costs into those decisions:
📈 Higher prices → reduce lighting intensity.

Could dynamic greenhouse lighting reduce energy use by 20–40%? 💡🌱

Natural sunlight is already doing part of the work. By dynamically adjusting the spectrum delivered by LEDs based on what sunlight is providing and what the crop actually needs, growers can potentially reduce energy consumption while maintaining photosynthetic efficiency.

🇪🇬 120 million people. 23 million in Cairo alone. And still climbing.
That’s the scale problem behind everything we saw building in Egypt’s controlled environment agriculture scene at Greentech 2026. Egypt already runs the largest greenhouse project in the Middle East — because when you’re feeding this many people on this little land, with water scarcity and currency pressure stacked on top, CEA isn’t a nice-to-have. It’s infrastructure.
We’ve been on the ground for this: partnering on labor-gap research, running workshops in Cairo, and now working on new developments across the country.
