Yesterdayā€™s meet & greet was truly special šŸ’›

We traveled from NYC to the outskirts of Pennsylvania to make something right that should have never gone wrong. This family had recently experienced every pet parentā€™s worst nightmareā€”after purchasing a puppy elsewhere, their baby sadly passed away just 3 months later, leaving their child absolutely heartbroken.

From the moment we connected, we were both aligned on one thing: turning that pain into something positive. I couldnā€™t imagine having them travel far and late after everything theyā€™ve been through, so we made the trip to themā€”because moments like this deserve care, patience, and intention.

This is also a reminder to anyone currently searching for a puppy: shopping based on price alone can come with serious risks. Poor breeding practices, often focused on quantity over quality, can lead to devastating health issues and emotional loss. Where your puppy comes from truly matters.

Last night, we helped bring a little joy back into a home that needed it. Their new baby, a beautiful toy phantom poodle, has officially been named Bronxie šŸ¾āœØ
