Posting this with a ton of gratitude for all of my amazing customers. Last week, I whipped up around 400 treats. Over 50 hours were spent measuring, baking, making icing, hand piping, decorating, and packing them up. I couldn’t help but to have the thought that this quantity would be hard to sell out of, but any extras could always go to the horses I see on a daily basis. After the posts went up, I was quickly proved wrong and I am so honored to create something so many of you love!
💚 To all of my barn friends that have known me since my neon saddle pad, velvet helmet years, thank you for making me love this community and sport. Getting to stay in touch and deliver treats to the girls I rode ponies with is unbelievable.
🩷 To the fellow horse women I have met through my adult years, thank you for supporting my small business goals and making my days at the barn extra special. There are so many of you that have your standing order each time a new design drops and that consistency helps keep this dream alive and the creativity flowing.
💜 To the young riders who I’ve had the pleasure of teaching and watching grow up, I’m so proud of you all! You’ve all turned into wonderful horse men and women and I’m so grateful that your parents help support your dreams and I’m grateful that they’re always willing to spoil your wonderful horses with treats.
🩵 To the once strangers on the internet that decided to try my treats due to an instagram or facebook post, thank you for becoming part of the Hearty Horse family! Getting tagged in your stories, celebrating birthdays, and receiving messages about how excited your horses get the second they hear the container pop open make this all so worth it.
