August Reading Wrap Up 📚
It's been a busy, chaotic month, but I managed to finish 5 books. I'm officially 1 book away from meeting my 2026 goal. 🎉
Foxglove by Adalyn Grace 🦊
This gothic romantic fantasy sequel follows the story and characters we met in Belladonna with one new addition: Fate. Tensions rise as murder and mystery walk hand in hand yet again.
The mystery and intrigue kept me turning page after page. With every twist, the more it kept me guessing on how it would end. I was pleasantly surprised and look forward to continuing this series.
If you loved the first book, this one is a must read!
Wing Weaver by A. P. Beswick 🐲
I found this one through the author's own social pages. I was intrigued by the premise and the personal reasons for writing this story. However, I wasn't planning on reading it so soon because I had so many other books on my TBR in front of it. So many people kept recommending it to me, I had to bump it up my TBR list, and boy, am I glad I did.
This one will be getting a more detailed and indepth review later. Just know, it is an absolute must read! 📖
Full Cast Audiobooks of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Half-Blood Prince, and Deathly Hallows by J.K. Rowling
These held every bit of nostalgia from growing up reading the books as they released and watching the movies in theaters/at home. All of the narrators did an absolutely fantastic job. 👏
These were the perfect books to end my August. 🩵
