Soooo, once upon a time, we developed an app. Yep, it's true. Let's not talk about that too much. Just know it was a huge undertaking for us and the fact that you have no idea it even exists, lets you know how that went. Anywho... we've got a repository (SAT word) of all these really great exercise photos from the iPhone 4 (sarcasm) and well, since you didn't get to see them in the app, we might as well use them here whenever possible.
If you haven't worked out with us before, our workouts are broken up into intervals of cardio and resistance. During the cardio, your dog is right along side you, on-leash. We're going to keep it simple for now. You can walk, jog or sprint (as long as you're adequately warmed up) - we just ask that you do the cardio at a pace that keeps you moderately challenged for whatever duration we specify. During resistance intervals, your dog should be in a down/stay or Place command nearby. If they aren't currently great at staying, you can fix their leash to a heavy piece of furniture or other immovable object. You can also crate your dog, especially if that supports your current dog training objectives. The longest each interval will ever be is 10 minutes in duration. Traditionally our full workouts are one hour. We're gonna start you out easy with a 30 minute workout. Are you ready? Get your shoes on, grab your dog and let's do this!
