📣 **Important Update: Monday Discounted Nail Trims - CANCELLED 😔
We unfortunately have made the difficult decision to discontinue our Monday evening discounted walk-in nail trims. This is not something we anticipated or wanted to do, as we truly loved being able to offer an affordable, convenient option for routine nail care.
Unfortunately, we’ve recently had an increase in dogs coming in with significant behavioral concerns, severe reactivity or a history of biting — beyond normal nervousness or anxiety. This has resulted in bites, severe scratches and injuries to our team. While we always do our best to work with nervous dogs, the safety of our groomers and the pets in our care has to come first.
We’ve also continued to have guests arrive without the required proof of current rabies vaccination with an expiration date, despite this being a requirement for service.
With our busiest grooming and holiday season approaching, we also typically have just one groomer working during these nail hours, and it’s simply not feasible to manage a full grooming schedule along with an unpredictable number of walk-ins — particularly when some dogs require extensive additional handling and time.
We know that the majority of you have used these evenings exactly as intended and followed our policies, and we truly appreciate you! 💚 We’re genuinely sorry to have to discontinue them.
🐾 Regular nail trim appointments ($15) will still be available by appointment allowing us to properly schedule the time and staffing needed for each dog.
