We are so happy to announce that both Cheyenne and Ember have been adopted!
These two, mother and daughter, dogs came to us from a neglect situation in rural Utah. They were allowed to run at large and when they were impounded the owner refused to come bail them out. After THREE long months they were able to take the owner to court and the owner finally signed them over to be adopted out. That's when the girls came to IDAWG.
We aren't going to lie. They have been project dogs. We are so grateful to their dedicated foster families for bringing these girls along at a pace that suited them. It hasn't been easy and we are deeply grateful to both of our foster families.
Now Cheyenne and Ember can begin their new lives in caring homes where they will get the love and guidance they need.
It doesn't get much better than this!
P.S. We can't thank the tiny rural shelter they spent 3 months at enough for taking such good care of them and doing as much as they could for the girls.
