October is National Animal Safety and Protection Month — a reminder to take simple steps that keep your pets safe all year long. From staying up to date on vaccines and parasite prevention to keeping harmful items out of reach, making sure IDs and microchips are current, and being mindful of seasonal hazards, every effort goes a long way in protecting the ones we love most.

🎀🐾 Pet Breast Cancer Awareness 🐾🎀
Our pets can develop mammary (breast) cancer too. This month, take a moment to check your furry family members and remember that early detection matters.

💕 Gently check for new lumps or unusual changes along the mammary glands.
💕 Watch for swelling, redness, sores, or discharge.
💕 If you notice anything unusual, contact your veterinarian for an evaluation.

Our pets can't tell us when something is wrong—but we can be their voice. 🐶🐱💗

Check. Notice. Act. Protect the pets we love. 🎀
