2026 1.0 Ferrari Pastel het Kahl (Lipstick)

These kids are from an F2 Ferrari Albino x F2 Lipstick hypo, so not one of them are less than foundation quality animals 😮‍💨

All have had 3-4 meals and will be ready to ship in two weeks.

When things do not go as planned, or a concern comes up, soaking is almost always the first thing to do.

Reverb has been struggling with this delivery all day (Saturday). We noticed a stillborn head and tail trailing behind her, and a minor prolapse, so we intervened.

I pulled the still out. It seemed to be entwined with another inside of her that did not come out. She also had a foul smelling partial delivery inside of her hide.

I decided to pull her and put her in a tub of water, to help her relieve the prolapse. Cleaned her cage and set her on the heat. She can get out of this tub, but she seems to appreciate the warm water. Within an hour the prolapse is almost completely resolved, and she’s pushing some more.

I will be watching her all night, plan on vetting her to make sure she’s empty and does not develop an infection 🙏

Oh, and she is het for Kahl 🥴

After a long hard time, Reverb has started evacuating what would have been her first litter.

She is still pushing and is a bit pr*****ed, so hopefully she can get things back in place and finished up 🙏🙏

We discovered the rack had gotten unplugged by a cat, but have no idea how long it was off. I’m guessing close to two weeks, from the look of the babies 🫥

The smell is not good, so I’ll be calling the vet in the morning, either way.
