𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯...

I've been on a podcast kick lately - you know personal growth and all that - and listened to one the other day that really got me thinking. It was about being magnetic and how your energy effects/ attracts others. How it's been scientifically proven we can tune in to other people's nervous systems. Our energetic field is the result of what is happening within our heart and that energetic field has been measured up to 5' away from the body. So, someone 5' away can unconsciously feel the things you are feeling.

What is wild to me - I had to google it of course - animals also have a measurable energetic field surrounding them. That means it's not just a feeling when you have a connection to your horse. On a biological level your body is aligned with them. Your hearts genuinely speak to each other. When we say our horse is our therapist. It feels that way because their calm nature, their confidence, curiousity, love, strength - is projecting that feeling into us as well.

It's kind of beautiful don't you think?
