I love working with senior horses. Arthritis/injuries can make standing for the farrier very challenging for them. It’s a joy to work with these horses instead of against them, and to watch them leave my hands more comfortable than before. This senior gelding had scarring above all his bulbs as well as arthritis in his stifles and white line.
