We will be having a small explosion of puppies due here and ready to go at Christmas! Because of the timing, no last-minute impulse "shopping"! Experienced qualified Dachshund homes only. Puppies will be available as performance prospects and companions.

As with every litter, we breed for ourselves for the betterment of our breeding program and the breed. Therefore, we reserve the right to not make every puppy available.

DO NOT INQUIRE THROUGH FACEBOOK and absolutely do not send me a deposit unless specifically requested by myself.

I met the most wonderful people today who drove all the way from Alabama to come and meet Felix. There was never a doubt he wouldn't be leaving with them. I am so so thankful for my network of Dachshund people; for spreading the word, and getting his "ad" out there.

I'm also thankful for my own patience and stubbornness when it comes to placing dogs, especially an adult dog. It's not as simple as seeing a dog online and deciding you can just buy that dog because you're interested.

If you want to be trusted with one of our dogs, you really need to make an effort to stand out, and be ok when I say, I don't think it's a good match, or respect my decision when I choose a different family, even when I feel yours will be great too. The right dog is out there for everyone, but patience wins every single time.

Thank you again to all who inquired, or simply put the word out about this special guy.

Felix is truly going to have "the life" with his new momma and pretty little redheaded girlfriend, Grace. Settling in will take some time, and I hope you know I am here to coach you through all of it. ❤️

We love you, Felix!!! ❤️❤️❤️

We did almost a five and a half mile walk this morning. The weather is awesome, but I am exhausted!
