Starting tonight, and into the weekend, the weather is going to get worse!

On the other hand, we will be refilling the Purple Paws Pet Food Blessing Box everyday before the storm to try to help out others in the community!

Please welcome our 2nd rescue intake, and owner surrender from a previous shelter adoption, through no fault of her own - Miss Farrah! 🥳
She has been with us for 2 months while waiting on placement with an amazing foster family that works with our rescue partners in Pennsylvania, One By One Rescue!
She is doing great and becoming more of a happy, playful, snuggly girl everyday. She enjoys her stuffed animals, peanut butter time, walks, talks and kisses with Poppy, and of course all of the good treats!
Farrah loves to sleep on the bed and is completely potty trained! She also knows how to use a puppy pad!
We are so happy to see the love and growth Farrah has experienced during her short time here with us, but are so excited for her rescue interest which should take place in the coming weeks!

Thank you to everyone who has donated to us for this specific girl, and for all of the others we plan on helping in the future! As always, we appreciate our supporters, partners, and donors for their generosity!
We cannot wait to see Farrah’s journey with One By One, and hopefully getting to follow up and chat with her future family!

Today, our founder Aletha Thomas was able to stop by and drop off donations to the Harrison County Flora Shropshire Animal Shelter as Ms Harrison County Fair 2025!

The Purple Paws Pet Food Blessing Box is back up at the corner of the park in the middle of Mount Olivet, KY at the 4 way!

There are holiday goodies for cats on top, and dogs on bottom! 🎁🎄

Please remember that a lot of people have used this pet pantry in the past, so please be considerate when taking only what you need!

Purple Paws is beyond thankful for a donation of this wonderful dog house igloo and blankets from a very sweet lady, to help others in need!
We were able to bless a family in need with this dog house and a bag of dog food, just in time for the holidays!
Our organization, founder, and volunteers are all about giving back, and helping others in need!
