Well we changed up the scenery yesterday š³
I took three of my lesson girls to the poker run at Double Eagle Ranch. Boy did we have fun!
Me and Tiki, Madeline and Sis, Rav and Madi, and Audrey and Paddy were the group we had.
Tiki was the most amazing girl. She was patient when I had to step off to help out or when we were going up or down some big hills. So thankful for a great minded mare like her.
Sis of course was amazing per usual. She just was happy to be there and was enjoying the change. She mainly helped keep the two who didnāt like eachother separatedš (Rav and Nelli)
Rav was the amazing little old man he always is. He handled all the scary stuff so well and even when his saddle broke he didnāt panic. He just stayed still until we had it all handled and wasnāt bothered by the awkward way we had to rig the saddle back on.
Paddy was of course himself. He handled the different types of terrain super well and worked so hard to keep Audrey and him safe. I love when that just clicks for young ones. He did give us some sass when we cantered but who can blame him it was so nice out and he was cantering with all his friends š¤·š»āāļø
We sadly didnāt have any good suites but it was such a fun day full of fun and horses. What else can you ask for? I canāt wait to do more fun little things like this with these girls! Getting out of the arena is so good for everyone āŗļø
